Introduction
Hi! I'm Alex. I'm a Master's student at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in beautiful Daytona Beach, Florida. I'm currently studying software engineering with a focus in software/computer security, cryptography, and systems engineering. I am also greatly interested in and have some experience with machine learning and evolutionary programming.
However, my real passion is in medicine. Along with my core curriculum, I take classes at the local community college in areas that include microbiology, biochemistry, and human genetics. I have also been preparing to take the MCAT and intend to apply to medical schools for matriculation in 2018.
